STUFFED TOMATOES AND ROUND ZUCHINI















With this kind of dish i prefer the round rice boiled in water, not the basmati or thai rice. And i cooked them seperately.

Bonjour Sha, I think the dish is originally mediterannien so, i agree with you.
You always go to open market, we have Friday market here in my place, otherwise 15 minutes from here every Thrusday!

welcome to the blogging world. interesting stuffs. your food blog could interest me in staying in the cuisine again, my problem here is i don't know which product i could use for a substitute to get the same pinoy taste, now you have the answer...keep 'em coming!!

I am making paksiw na litson with the "poitrine rotie" that we can find in the french shop.. or in the boucher!

So how's Dijon's weather today! I've never been there, the farther i get was in the haute savoie.

Thank you antti, i prefer the zuchinis too.. and sometimes the stuff green pepper than the red pepper!
