Jongling between Western and eastern food ingredients. When you crave for something and ingredients you don't have on hand...do the magic in the kitchen. That's is what i call food adventure.

Chocolate Muffins
I have followed the recipes of this chocolate muffins from this book, but instead of chopping the chocolate into pieces, i put the chocolate morsels i have on hand...
Well, baking is a part of culinary passion, though a lot of times i always end up buying desserts whenever we have some guest at home, lack of time and being disorganized. Sassy i got 4 kilos of chocolate bits to finish before summer. I bought the five kilos box in the shop like Macro sa Pinas coz the detailed pack are too expensive. Thanks sa visit.
