FRENCH BLACK SAUSAGE (BOUDIN NOIR)

This is a sausage made of pigs blood, sometimes flavored with onions. This is different from the Irish black pudding which is mixed with some cerial. I love almost every meal with vegetables.. or green salads. This sausage is mostly serve with apple caramelized in butter.
Another quicky french meal.
