Jongling between Western and eastern food ingredients. When you crave for something and ingredients you don't have on hand...do the magic in the kitchen. That's is what i call food adventure.

sha, i cheated on that, i've got two pockets of payless pancit canton that my sister brought me. Just garnish with vegies and left over chicken! Smart hah!

I always have payless pancit canton stashed in the cupboard! With cabbage and carrots, oh, yum...
